      目的：编制适合评价我国在校护生的专业素养行为观察量表。 方法：以Dehghani等提出的护理专业素养内涵为基础，通过文献回顾和质性访谈形成量表维度和条目池。通过专家函询法和预调查，形成测试版量表。采用方便取样法，邀请362名护理教育工作者对量表的信效度进行测评。 结果：探索性因子分析提取3个公因子，累计方差贡献率为61.71%。验证性因子分析结果?2/df=1.923，RMSEA=0.072，IFI=0.923，GFI=0.925，NFI=0.868，CFI=0.930。总量表的Cronbach’ α系数为0.845，三个维度的Cronbach’ α系数为0.720~0.763。组合信度为0.728~0.769，平均提取方差值为0.362~0.472。该量表总分与医学生职业精神评价调查表成中度相关（r=0.660，p<0.01）。结论：本研究形成的在校护生专业素养行为观察量表的信效度尚可接受。但今后仍需进一步完善，以提高测量的可靠性和有效性。
英文摘要:
      Aims: To develop an observation scale to measure the professionalism level of nursing students. Methods: Guided by the concept of professionalism proposed by Dehghani et al., the initial Behavioral Observation Scale of Professionalism for Nursing Students (BOSPNS) was developed through literature review and qualitative interviews. The BOSP-NS was finalized after the Delphi survey, item analysis and factory analysis. A convenience sample of 362 nursing educators were invited to test the psychometric characteristics of the BOSPNS. Results: Three common factors were identified by exploratory factor analysis. The cumulative variance contribution rate was 61.71%. A first-order model was constructed using confirmatory factor analysis (?2/df=1.923，RMSEA=0.072，IFI=0.923，GFI=0.925，NFI=0.868，CFI=0.930). The Cronbach alpha of the BOSP-NS was 0.845. The Cronbach alpha of the three dimensions ranged from 0.720 to 0.763. The composition reliability (CR) values ranged from 0.728 to 0.769. The average variance extracted (AVE) values ranged from 0.362 to 0.472. Conclusion: The reliability and validity of the BOSPNS was acceptable. Yet the scale still need improvement in the future.
