      摘要：目的 构建ICU获得性衰弱早期预警评估指标体系，为早期识别危重症患者ICU获得性衰弱提供借鉴。方法 通过对基于文献分析和临床实践等所形成的ICU获得性衰弱早期预警评估指标体系初稿进行15名专家的两轮咨询，采用德尔菲法和层次分析法构建ICU获得性衰弱早期预警评估指标及指标权重。结果 两轮专家的积极性均为100%；专家权威系数分别为0.890和0.887；协调系数分别为0.338和0.258，具有统计学意义（均P<0.05）。最终形成指标体系涵盖了患者因素、疾病相关因素、实验室指标、临床用药以及治疗相关因素等5个方面的21项指标。结论 构建的ICU获得性衰弱早期预警评估指标体系内容较为全面具有一定的科学性和实用性，可为临床危重症患者ICU获得衰弱的早期识别提供参考。
英文摘要:
      Objective To construct an early warning and assessment index system of ICU-acquired weakness, so as to provide a reference for early identification of ICU-acquired weakness in critically ill patients. Methods Two rounds of expert consultation with 15 experts were conducted on the preliminary draft of the early warning evaluation indicator system based on literature analysis and clinical practice, and Delphi method and analytic hierarchy process were used to construct the early warning evaluation indicators and index weights for ICU acquired weakness. Results In two rounds of expert consultation, the positive coefficient of experts was 100%; the authority coefficient was 0.890 and 0.887; and the coordination coefficients were 0.237and 0.263 respectively, the difference had statistical significance (P <0.05). The final system consisted of 21 items in 5 aspects including patient-related factors, disease-related factors, laboratory indicators, and factors related to clinical medication and treatment. Conclusions Being scientific, practical and comprehensive, the established early warning and assessment index system in the study provides reference for early clinical identification of the risk of ICU-acquired weakness among critical ill patients.
