      摘要：目的 构建前列腺癌根治术后尿失禁患者膀胱功能训练App内容框架，为前列腺癌根治术后尿失禁患者开展个性化膀胱功能训练提供参考。方法 通过系统文献回顾形成框架初稿，对23名跨领域专家进行两轮德尔菲函询。结果 两轮函询专家积极系数均为100%，权威系数分别为0.904、0.908。第2轮函询中一、二、三级指标的Kendall协调系数分别为0.127、0.177、0.112（P均＜0.05）。最终形成包含4个一级指标、18个二级指标及56个三级指标的前列腺癌根治术后尿失禁患者膀胱功能训练App内容框架。结论 本研究构建的App内容框架具有较好的科学性与可操作性，可为前列腺癌根治术后尿失禁患者康复管理及后续App开发提供参考。
英文摘要:
      Abstract: Objective To construct a content framework for a bladder function training application (App) for patients with urinary incontinence after radical prostatectomy, and to provide a reference for individualized bladder function training in this population. Methods A preliminary framework was developed through a systematic literature review, followed by two rounds of Delphi consultation with 23 multidisciplinary experts. Results The positive response rates of experts in both rounds were 100%, and the authority coefficients were 0.904 and 0.908, respectively. In the second round of consultation, the Kendall’s coefficients of concordance for the first-, second-, and third-level indicators were 0.127, 0.177, and 0.112, respectively (all P<0.05). The final framework consisted of 4 first-level indicators, 18 second-level indicators, and 56 third-level indicators. Conclusion The App content framework developed in this study demonstrated good scientific rigor and feasibility, and may provide a reference for rehabilitation management and subsequent App development for patients with urinary incontinence after radical prostatectomy.
