      本研究综述了国内外临床研究护士的起源与发展、角色与核心能力、培养模式及岗位管理。通过对国内外临床研究护士职业发展的比较分析,思考我国临床研究护士培养与管理形式的相关问题及对策,以期为我国临床研究护士职业的科学化、规范化发展提供参考依据,提升临床研究质量。
英文摘要:
      This study reviews the origins and development, roles and core competencies, training models, and position management of clinical research nurses both domestically and internationally. Through comparative analysis of the career development of clinical research nurses worldwide, it examines relevant issues and strategies concerning the training and management of clinical research nurses in China. The aim is to provide a reference basis for the scientific and standardized development of the clinical research nursing profession in China, thereby enhancing the quality of clinical research.
